Always Vegetarian. Sometimes Vegan. Usually Healthy...

After years of  creating alternate versions of my favorite foods to fit into my "always vegetarian. sometimes vegan. usually healthy" lifestyle I've finally decided to write down the magic to share with my Tribe. While my recipes do not follow a "diet" (read: low carb, low fat, sugar free etc), I aim to create meals that are healthier versions  by substituting more nutrient dense, natural ingredients for the heavy starches, gluten, dairy and processed sugars found more commonly in kitchens today.
