5 Ingredient Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Coconut Butter (not coconut oil)

1/2 cup Peanut Butter ( Adams is the best!)

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp sea salt ( adjust based on the saltiness of your peanut butter)

1 tsp vanilla extract


In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly until melted & combined. Transfer to a wax paper lined dish. Refrigerate 1+ hours before serving.
